SHIPPING AND RETURNS 

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

All orders and other requests received are subject to acceptance by Pearlscent.co and any of its personnel, reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order without providing reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order.

SHIPPING POLICY 

​

It typically takes 3-5 days for us to ship out, then 2-6 days for delivery. 

​

For West Malaysia: Price range from RM 4+

For East Malaysia: Price range from RM 7+

DELIVERY POLICY

​

  1. Deliveries will be done on Mondays to Fridays.

  2. Timed deliveries are not available.

  3. Customers who purchase above RM 60 will get free shipping applies for all products.

  4. Although our team will always try our best to ensure punctual delivery for our customer, Pearlscent.co cannot be held responsible if a delivery arrives late due to any circumstances impacting the availability of the courier service that we use or anything else outside of Pearlscent.co's control.

  5. In the event of a non-delivery, please contact us at pearlscent.co@gmail.com                  (Mon-Sat, 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM).

  6. It is the customer's responsibility to contact us within one (1) day (24 hours) of the scheduled delivery date in order to claim a refund. Failure to do so will result in the lapse to any rights of a refund.

  7. We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to use a different delivery method without prior notification.

  8. If you change address, you must update your address details on the "My Account" section of the website to ensure that no deliveries are sent out to the wrong address. Please ensure this is done 24 hours or one (1) day before the intended delivery date / slot. We are unable to provide refunds for any deliveries sent to the wrong location where we have not received advance notice in accordance with this paragraph.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

​

  • You can return or exchange the item(s) only if they are:

1) Wrong item selection

2) Wrong customization

3) Wrong item sent

 

  • STEP 1: Please do email us within 14 days of purchase receipt for return/exchange approval. Please provide your order number and details of the product purchased and reason for return/exchange.

  • STEP 2: Once approved, please return the item(s) to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt

  • ​“Original Condition” means the following: 

1) Include all tags and packaging.

2) Item may not have been used for any purpose other than trying it on.

3) Items may not be damaged or have any indications of wear that could prevent the item from being re-sold.

4) We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the item(s) have and signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.

  • We will issue a refund within 30 days of receipt, or exchange the item(s) depending on the availability. Please note the following: 

1) The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods or drop off at our warehouse.

2) The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

3) The parcel can make up to 7 working days to be returned, unless sent via special or express delivery. Please allow 30 days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
